Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We never see or have access to your notes. Your data syncs securely across all your Apple devices.

How do I sync across devices?

Syncing happens automatically through iCloud. Just sign in with the same Apple ID on all your devices and make sure iCloud is enabled for iXnote in Settings.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes unlimited nodes, connections, and full-text search. Pro adds custom categories with custom colors, advanced search filters (by age, connection count), and CSV import for bulk data.

How do I create a connection between nodes?

Tap on any node to select it, then tap the link button and choose another node to connect to. You can also create connections while creating a new node by selecting related nodes.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your data at any time. Go to Settings and tap Export. Your data belongs to you and is always portable.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your iPhone/iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select iXnote to manage or cancel.

Is there a Mac version?

Yes! iXnote is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Download from the App Store on any device and your data syncs across all of them.
